R C GROUP Password

Hay guy's i have been working on a new compact c w unit it is showing a maintenance alarm AL28 it is simple to clear you just need to enter the password. Unfortunatly it has a M P graphic terminal attached to it i have tryed to insert the code 3763 but the 3 does not work on the pannel so i was wondering if any off you have come accros this issue and if you know what number it is. i have contacted excell but no joy could any one help?
