Dear amsahloul,

First thing is you have stated the compressor model only. Please give the details as to the make, Capacity rating at 2000 rpm at required Te. The speed is directly propotional to the capacity. However you have to consider if the manufacturers suggest operating at a speed of 3000 rpm. Does the compressor have a splash type oil circulation or is it has a oil pump.

Dear Samarjit
Danfoss have BDF50 and there are resistance to change the speed from 2000~3500RPM in the electronic unit I need to know what is the result will be in the cooling system if we increase the speed

Dear amsahloul,

If the compressor is designed to operate at 3500 rpm, then the result will be that you will get a higher cooling capacity. As I do not have the rating capacity of this model of Danfoss compressor, I am unable to tell you as to what would be the capacity.

But by increasing the rpm ( capacity ) you will also have a suitable rated Cooling coil, condenser etc.

Thats a 12/24 Volt model that inteligently varies its speed based on box temp, it is basicly a dynamic fridge, warmer box it reves up to pull down faster, low box temp it revs down to save power.

Basic Specifications: Refrigerant:
HFC-134a, CFC-12
Speed Range:
2,000 - 3,500 rpm
Capacity:
764 Btu/hr (224 Watts)
Max Evap (2k rpm)
+50F (+10C)
Max Evap (3.5k rpm)
+23F (-5C)
Power Input (max):
109 Watts
Height:
5.39" (137 mm)
Weight:
9.5 lbs (4.30 kg)

Read the Danfoss manual/instructions, it's so simple.

I am not aware of the details as stated by The MG Pony as I have been working solely on either Semihermetic or Open Reciprocating. As per the details the compressor self regulates its rpm to meet the load.

Depends on the driver unit, if you get the better controller it all so auto selects 12 or 24V too.

This place really needs to make pdf limmit 200Kb preferably meg tops!!!!!!
