hi everyone
im being sent to work on a carrier package unit on friday, its not my job, the 1st engineer could not sort it out, so im being landed with it.
as you all problaty know carrier dont have a tenchial help line. can anyone maby give a website that could help me please.

Before you go get the model number.

This site has most of the technical info available as down loads, but it’s well hidden and takes some finding.

Follow the model number and then look for 'product information'. It will open links in a new window showing technical data and manuals.

For a major manufacturer they should be able to do better than this but it's all there is, so persevere.

sorry i havent answerd you, but im going to site for the first time tomorrow, it was someone elses job and now i have it. i dont even know the model num, all i no is that he replaced the controller, pcb and main time clock and it still wont run. there is power ok.
its a realy old r22 package unit.

We've just stripped out an old Carrier roof top and we saved the controllers. If you need spares send me a PM.
