Hi all;

Another question: Does anybody knows where can I find very technical information about Air Evaporators & Condensers in internet? Iīve just bought a spanish book, but It is very good because i havenīt found anything about coils heat exchangers.

And the last question: What are the advantages and disadvantages between stainless steel and galvanized steel for ammonia evaporators?

Regards

Miguel

Hi, Friobernal:)
About the evaps online I can't think of a site off hand, tryhttp://Grass.nl they are part of GEA which make Kuba coolers. Goedhart make evaps they have a web site I will try and find it for you.
Material is more a personel choice, we use stainless as it is a cleaner, food safe alternative. Some like Galvinized for it's strength it is also possibly cheaper to buy, me I would stick to stainless as the tubes are thinner leading to better heat exchange for the cooler size.
Hope this helps.
