Thanks for the help, but by the guide i've seen that the remote control is not like the one of my product even if the buttons are same (or nearly). Although this I've followed the guide you gave me, but it seems doesn't work. So i checked the model type in the product manual and it says: AQV09MSAN / AQV09MSAX.
Do you have any clue?

the guide is just a how to guide taken from another system,as there are a few different remotes just use the same bottons as shown in the same order,but follow the link below for the service manual for the model you have

if the unit is still in fault after inputting the option guide,there is another fault,does it shoe any fault codes?
