Yes I got mine, all three of them about 3 weeks back. I have only been able to go through them lightly, as I had to visit one our sites where we had installed an Ice Cream Hardening Room at - 35 deg. C Room Temperature.

These Guide to Food Transport are very helpful, it is just that I have to sit and study them. By the first wek of next moth we propose to start another Fruit Pre Cooling and Storage project and are expecting some more within the next month.
