Carrier fault

I have a problem with a Carrier split heat pump ( made in Korea )
it works for 23 minutes then stop responding to the remote control , closing the swing and a led start flashing.
During the 23 minutes of its work nothing is wrong the temperatures ,the pressures etc . whats the possible reasons for this help please.

Hi Mohammed !
If your sure that the refrigeration cuircuit is ok (normal pressure), if there is no osbstuction any where, i suggest you to check if you are having the rigth voltage:may be it's to low.Hope this will help you.

Can you find the model number(s) of the system.

Also can you study the flashes of the lamp. They will probably not be purely on / off but the 'on' flashes will be grouped together followed by a longer 'off'. You need to count the number of 'on' flashes in a group.

We might be able to offer more help with more information.
