hi to you all ,, i have just had a call to a unit that is giveing a fault code of f21 any help please. thanks.:confused:

The list i have says f21 = id pipe sensor

I think id means indoor it does not say
some codes say od and others say id so i guess it means indoor and outdoor

Panasonics usually have all the fault codes (and more diagnostic LEDs) in the outdoor unit.
If you remove the compressor cover for the outdoor unit, on the inside it will have all the fault codes the indoor unit displays, plus the LED codes for the outdoor PCB.
edit: That's mainly for the recent bigger ones I think though. Inverters and wall splits don't from memory.
