Just curious about "+"

After some user's names there is "+" sign. This is where active users are shown.
I was wondering what this means?:confused:

Hi Lana,

It means you have added them to 'Your friends', or they have added you.

Goto your userCP and then look at 'Buddy/ ignore lists'
