Hi

Tesco use a small inch square sticker as a temperature indicater. If case is within its temp range then the square is solid black,if temperature rises then a fan begins to apear.Does any one know at which temp these flag are activated.

Regards Bernard

Nope,, but I used to do some work for the factory that produces these things.

Hi Chillin

The store are convinced that these flags should be solid black even when they stick them on the ticket edging.I think they should only be placed on the rear panel measuring the air of.

What was the name of the company ?

I think they are set to start turning at 5c and complete at 8c.

That is for dairy and other foods like pies and pre-packed spams.
The fresh meat ones should be cooler and activate at
a lower temp.
Are they the ones with what looks like a fan blade on them when in high temp.

Cheers taz.
