Does anybody happen to know the 3 charactor PIN code for the service level access on Liebert Hiross close control downflow units.

I just need to reset the interval counters.

Thanks

That will work.

Just be careful, with that code you are able to do a lot of damage.....

You need a hiromatic controller connected to unit to reset the run hours

Hi, i've 2 Hiross under maintenance contrat.
One is 221, the other 501, in setup menu they ask for 4 numbers, then try again 2210 or 5010 you'll access to level 2, search and put the counter to zero.
My Hiromatics are E and H series
Hope this helps

Correct. You cannot reset the run hours with the standard Microface display that is inside the unit, you do need a Hiromatic display (just to be clear, it is a display & not a controller).

(just to be clear, it is a display & not a controller).

The microface display in the unit is a LCD display. The Hiromatic is a controller as it is possible to control the functions of one or more Microface devices with it.

Sorry, you are wrong. The lcd is a display that clips onto the Microface controller in most cases & the Hiromatic is a display that plugs into the Hirobus socket on the Microface, giving you a more user friendly interface into what the Microface is doing/set to.

The Hiromatic also allows you to view & change settings of any units networked through the Hirobus connections.

Just remove the bridge 020-366 (M66UA manufactured @2009) and then use a remote dry contact to control it.

Hi All,

I have followed this thread and i have a similar unit. I am trying to find out how to connect to it via a laptop for more control.

Can anyone shed some light around this?
