All season Air con unit

just had a call from another engineer who had been sent to install a 2nd hand AC unit, a split wall unit with the make being "all seasons" .Iv never heard of them and neither has he. The problem he has got is with the wiring On the outdoor he has 1, 2, 3, N, and Earth and the spark has wired up single phase as Live to 1 Neutral to N and Earth to E. On the indoor its totally different as he only has L,N,E and 1. With no wiring diagram or phone number for this company he is stumped so he asked me to post on her for him....
BTW the model number is KFR-35GW/XC....smae for the indoor and outdoor

OK, they're made by Guangdong Chigo, you can Google on that and get their website or try this

You will need to register, I haven't tried that yet, before you can download but hopefully it should be easy.

Thanks bryan have you seen the address and the phone number tho:eek: should be fun sent them an email now so see if they reply:) if any one eles can help please come forward why cant these companys make it easy like daikin :confused: thanks alot
