View Full Version : Dynalene & Corroding Copper Coils?

Anyone here work with Dynalene heat transfer systems? It seems to eat away at evaporator coils or could it be poorly constructed coils or the designers poor choice in material? Not too familiar with dynalene and its properties, appreciate any feedback. Cheers

They use 2nd grade copper.

In another case , had the same troubles with counters from Italy, mostly corroded on the soldered end of the bends.

And our SA friend Geoff Alder wrote an article about it in RACA.
