Hello all this might be a strange one for you but hear we go. I am a keen homebrewer i use a Maxi 310 under bar beer cooler to control the temperature of my 110 litre fermenter. To speed up crash cooling times at the end of the fermentation i have added salt to the ice bank. This allows me to to lower the freezing point & increase cooling performance. Inside the coolers tank the components look mostly plastic & stainless except for a copper refrigerant coil. What i am asking is am i going to get corrosion problems with salt water. Or will it be so low it's not worth worrying about. Cheers

I think that you need to consider the galvanic action that may take place with disimilar metals in a salt solution.

ya, you'll have a very nice battery there. I sujest use glycol, propylene to be exact.
