Hello condor frascold compressors are good and run very smooth but they have very fine tollerances on wrist pin and big ends you have to make sure the suction super heats are set properly and they used for the specfied operating limits. other wise they seize up and smash

Only if you smoke....

The glow in a cigaret is warm enough to ignite propane while the glow in a cigar is not - that is if you are not too eager to get home. Still it is a bad idea to smoke when working with any refrigerant:mad:

So did you stick to a piston cormpressor, or did you choose a scroll? and what model?

Old company went balls up. I was hired shortly in a district heating substations manufacturing company, and then finally hired in Frascold. Nice to be here.

Can you please tell me who to contact @ Frascold?
I have been mailing to you (i.e. Frascold) now since start of December, no replies what so ever.

Its regarding purchase of spareparts.
