I am dealing with a one ton trane, R22 with a txv and I have a superheat of 35 and subcooling of 20.. My gauges are reading 200psi on the highside and 60psi on the lowside and the ambient temperature is 80, The compressor voltage draw is 243 and compressor amp draw is 4.7 what could be the problem? Help please..

If the ambiant temperature is 27dgrC (80F) inside? than 4,1 bar suction is too low!

What are the suction line temperature, discharge line temp and liquid temp? What's the entering temp and leaving temp on both evaporator and condensor?

Almost anything...Is it not working then?

A Trane what? Chiller? AirCon? Model?

Compressor FLC is what? Give us something to compare it with.

A full set of readings is required before a reasoned answer can be given.

A one ton trane with an exspansion valve should have a subcooling of about 10,

I'd Start there
