I think the customers are the same world wide. Different locations and laguages and perhaps some differences in systems, but they are essentially the same.

I have one of those, but I inherited it from my grandfather (the old wizard himself).

I've tried soft shoes and a beard to try and fool them - but somehow they know me. (maybe the smell?)

I can't say I have had a compressor stop, but have had several quit acting strangely. The look on the clients face is absolutely priceless.
