How to design Aluminium radiator for electrical component heat rejection? I'm not sure if it's a related topic here:confused: anybody know it?

How you looking for a fixed metal type device to fix to the item or are you planning to do cooling via liquid heat transfer?

If it is the fixed type then have a look here for some information and design calculations.

LC, use the radiative heat formula from Boltzmann

Where

Emissivity of aluminum is around 0.82-0.87

It's really helpful! Thanks.
I'm not sure if the AL radiator need to use a fan to dissipate the heat from the radiator.
