Importing refrigerant to canada from the us?

R-22 is about 240 dollars here and I can get it on ebay for around 150 shipped to my door! where can I look up the legalities of importing the R-22?

I asked some of the sellers and they had no info.

Basically the shipper and receiver must be trained and licensed to ship and receive ***** and must have the proper documentation and placards.

I am quoting off the cuff here, been a while since I bought R22, but pretty sure you can get it in Toronto, for around $160. Where are you located?

I am paying around
$380 for 404& HP80 and
$280 for 134a, R24, R44

The cylinder deposit of $80 is excessive.

we are from UAE and they sell here for $30 each for a 30lbs cyclinder of a good brand . you can get cheap brands of R22 that are ok for about $22

we usually keep about 3000 cylinder stock and use these in our machines and to resell.
How do i export these to Canada to make some $$$$ :D

Virgin R22 in UK is around £100 for a 12kg bottle (26lbs). Price is going up by the week because it will be banned from 31st Dec this year (Europe wide). After that only recycled R22 will be available. Only snag is that the demand will outstrip the supply because nowhere near enough R22 is being returned for recycling.
I suspect a black market for the stuff will not be long coming - just as it did when R12 was phased out.
