I came across this cookbook some time ago and re-discovered it when sorting out my computer files.

It comes from the Loren Cook Companyn and contains a good range of engineering data, laws and calculations, enjoy.

http://www.lorencook.com/About/destools.shtml

Scroll down the screen to get to the cookbook, it's about a 570kb pdf file.

edit:(17 Sept 2010) Cookbook has been relocated on the website, try here for direct download.

Its "little" details of help like this link that makes this forum worth following; and I challenge others to add their grain of salt in exchange for the benefits reaped when reading it.
Mega Thanks (albeit only half ISO/metric !)

No, not really NH3, I have bought a laptop for work use and was going through my files to transfer them over.

It's amazing what you find and realize that you haven't really read or used properly.

It has to be said that the web is an amazing place for information. You start off with a simple search, go to the first site and then you're off on a magic carpet ride of interesting pages, links to other sites and so it goes on. After a while I've forgotten what I was originally looking for ;)

How's your ASDL connection going?

It's amazing what you find and realize that you haven't really read or used properly.

I'm constantly on the hunt for numerical methods and have more information that I will ever be able to read, never mind understand fully. And yet, I still keep looking!:(

How's your ASDL connection going?

It's an odd thing, I complained to my server, never really got a reply but my average rate seems to have increased. I downloaded the fasterfox program (suggested by Chillin). Maybe that's the reason for the better rate.

Cheers.

Hi, I downloaded the file, and screened it a couple of times. i have several ebook references but this one seems to be much more concise. I always bring with me my references wherever work I am at, i guess this one will be included n my list if not replace most of them.

Thank you... and until something better comes along
