Hi to everybody,

I'd like to ask you does somebody know any links, where I can find some hints how to carry out pressure test in new chillers installation. I am looking for simple advice, step by step how to execute that test and after that realize flushing and commissioning. I mean, procedure sequence, tools/measuring instruments/additional devices/measuring spots/times and so on. I could not find this type of tips, only relevant to ASHRAE documents (too accurate and unfortunately paid...)

Thanks in advance,
Seamie

Hi Seamie,

I have two PDF files which give some info about testing. I don't know if they will be any help to you but if you like give me your an e-mail to send them.
These are for refrigerant piping test.

DO not say that you got them from me :D .

Also, you can try the book by A.C. Bryant called Refrigeration Equipment (it is good).

Cheers:)

Lana,

God has sent me you ;) Anyway if it'll be help or not - I appreciate your quick response and helping hand. I will try to order this handbook later, but now I need to resolve that problem ASAP. So I would like to take a look on these pdf files (sure, I will be silent as the grave ;-))

Thank man!

Regards,
Seamie
