Hi All,

Got called out today to a polaris KSA BT 140
2 door upright freezer.

Microprocessor control, now it appears that the unit can be set into different modes (Meat/chill/Frozen). the customer wants it in the mode it is meant to be (Frozen) but for some reason its on the meat setting (+3).

Does anyone know how the change the programme on these units. I have spoken to Blighline (UK importer for Polaris) but all the UK Spec'd units have an ID974 (Eliwell) controller and they have no details of the imported euro controls. This unit has a digital temp display, next to it an LCD screen showing the settings and under neath them 8 buttons in a line. Going left to right the buttons are:- power, light, test, haccp, rh, set, Up and down.

Can anyone tell me how to switch to freezer

Regards

Raymond
