Sabroe became York which then became Johnson Controls International. You should be able to get parts from then. The company I work for sources all our parts direct for Johnson Controls(York). IF you have no luck send me a PM and I'll help you as best as I can.
I googled York Refrigeration and the office that services the phillipines is in Singapore.
