ASHRAE Fundamentals Handbook is a good place to start. The major refrigerant manufacturers will also provide you with these charts.

http://www.scacdtechsupport.com/pressure_temperature_chart.htm

... has some refrigerants listed. You can do a web search and find others if you're interested in on-line info. :)

Nikki, Try this site.

http://www.solvay-fluor.com/produkte/solkane/frame_kaelte.html

If you follow the links, it contains info on all the refrigerants you mention. The ph chart is also referred to as a Mollier diagram. You will need adobe reader to see it.
The resolution is not good on the screen and it's a lengthy down load.
Your best bet is to ask one of the manufacturers for a CD ROM, or a paper version, which is usually A3 size. SOLVAY are very good for this, their technical info is excellent. They used to give them away free.
Good Luck
