I see in TCS&D that a management buyout at Michael Ward has been completed backed by Royal Bank of Scotland.

What does anyone think the chances of success are for the new management:rolleyes:

Are they going to make a decent go of it or screw it up?

Never heard anyone say a bad word about Michard Ward's down this way so i hope it all goes well. Someones got to give MTK, Ransomes and pullmans a run for their money so good luck.
RBS have obviously looked at the books for that sort of money so hopefully MW continue to grow

Regards

Raymond

The buy out will be a sucsess as there won't be the restrictions they had before, I should know my old man is one of the investors!

Hi Wanderer,

Is your old man Mr Bank of Scotland:)

What do you mean by restrictions? I was always led to believe that Micky Ward generally had a good handle on the business. Also heard that his missus could be a bit of a witch?
