I want to ask You why I have problem when I try to replay to someone.

I recieve the message that I must send 15 or more posts before send a replay with URL.

If I undesrtand well, becouse my english is to bed

well the message says it all. You must have more than 15 posts under your belt, before you can post a link in a thread.

I believe you can make an answer to any post but you cannot post a link within your first 15 posts. Only small anti spam measure. Later you should not have any problem.
