we want to make a test cell at work.half cooling, half freezing. we want to use a single condenser and all the automatization you can get.

any suggestions for this ?

first of all... i was thinking for all flares connections, to be able to make easy changes.

what can i use to see the evaporation process ? or any other part of the system ?

how do you think we should provide the heat to be removed by the evaporators ? heat recovery from the hp side ?!?!?

Thanks.

Right where to start.
Two evaps, one condenser, one compressor and two diferent temps.
You need to know how much cooling duty you need and then work out the sizes of each of the evaps. To have two temps you need to regulate the higher temp on pressure. Then you can work out the size of the comp and then the size of the cond. You could use air cooled condensers or water, Air would be simpler.
To help more we need to know more about its intended purpose and aprox sizes.
