Is it a Phase one, two or three global. Only reason I ask is that the phase one machines are slightly easier than the other two...

Hello Malik Disconnect All Cables And Transducers And All Pipe Work, and Then Undo It,s Feet Bolts From Underneath The Bed, Tilt The Compressor Slightly And Place A Metal Tray Under It , Drag It Forward And Lift It Out With A (a Frame). Good Luck

Thanks GHAZ,
My concern is that as the compressor's weight is more then 450kg and due to chiller construction it is not possible to fix "A" frame over the compressor, Is there any other way or type of frame to fix under the compressor and then shift out side...

Depends on how it's installed.
If possible use a forklift.
Another god tool is the type of jacks used by forklift mechanics, lift the compressor up enough to get a couple of steel beams underneath it, slide it out and then lift it by crane.

If you are going to lift it out like this, be careful not to damage the 'o' ring when you re-install the new compressor and remember to remove the suction screen filter from the old compressor and install in the new compressor.

How can BTU converted in to MWH

You cannot convert energy unit to power unit! You need time of energy consumption to calculate power and only than you could convert for example BTU/h to MWh (coeficient 0,000000293071070172).
