Did you have any luck with Carriers Website?
If it is a phase one pro-dialogue with the black screen you will def need the IOM for that particular Chiller. I have never heard of a 30 HW 101 though.... You can always call technical support on 01372220220

The 30 HW has the Flotronic Valve 760 not 1500. It is the new version of the 30HS but has remote aircooled condenser I have tried the Carrier Web site not the good.
I need a list of the fault codes:
