I am working on a mathematical model entitled "Influence of various
parameters on air impingement freezing of flat food products under slot jets".
For validation of the model I need experimental results (data) about
freezing time of slab food products.If it is possible please send me a
copy of experimental results (data)on freezing time of flat food products>
