It just means that you have to do some maintenance to keep it clear.

The more PM space members have then the larger the website storage has to be and it all costs money I expect.

Also if we all had more PM's stored it would take Webram much longer to make the backups of the forum.

If you want to keep the content of a PM then save it to your PC.
