Hi Jase,
What type of Sanyo system? I've installed some Sanyo Multi Inverter systems (SAP-CMRV3143GJH is the outdoor unit) and so have some info on these....if I can help. Have you tried contacting Sanyo directly...I've found them to be very helpful in the past.

Not sure as to which model of unit the sanyo is; One of the lads came up against it and I thought I would put the word out. I know it is a split on R410A.
Any phone numbers would be appreciated,
