was just wondering.. using a rental chilller ( a Trane 200RTA air cooled 200 ton with 2 screws, only 2 yrs old) as opposed to our old Carrier 30GT 200 ton air cooled with 7 reciprocating compressors which was only 9 years old; we saved 18,450 KW hrs of electricity during the month of July whick was one of the hottest months this summer here in NY. Outdoor temps averaged 90-101F. Has technology changed that much or are the employees taking a more active part in conservation.
