Hey there...:)

I dont normaly work on Mitsubishi A/C units, but came across one today with the controller blinking
on and off. It wont do anything. Changed it for another one but the same problem.

Appreciate any information.

Had one that was being commissioned, nuetral was fed thru an rcd and was tripping, 3 phases were ok but no nuetral, only indication was controller blinking on and off:rolleyes:
have you correct voltage at controller??

What voltage is meant to be at it do you know?

There're 3 wires at the controller.

No R.C.D on this system, just an 3 phase M.C.B.

Twas just the neutral that was fed from the rcd, the whole neutral block had been hooked up that way, not too sure on the voltage but i think it's either 12 or 5vdc?
is the connection at the indoor ok?

There are about 14 indoor units, some are working, some aren't. Because half work and half dont is making it a bit of a problem.

Cant get a code because the controller isnt working for me. Its just blinking on and off.

The outdoor unit isnt showing a code either.
Green light on pcb board is staying on, whick is stand-by. :(

Hi Some more questions

Is this controller conected to 1 or multiple units?

Whats the system history.....has any one messed up the configuration (multiple units) address codes etc , before you looked at it.

If multiple units do all the outdoors show no fault?

Can you get the indoor model nos? As I have details on indoor LED's which could maybe help with fault diagnosis?

You may get more help from MHI technical people at 3D tel 01376565505

Ian

Thanks for that, Ian!

We might be changing out the units, (so I was told this morning), but if they're staying, I'll give that number a ring.

thanks again! :)
