I have a client who wants to store wheat, flour and grains for a long time, say 12 months. Could some one tell me as to what are the refrigeration conditions such as Temperature, Relative Humidity and CA conditions that would be required for such applications.

Sorry Samarjit Sen:(

I checked but I have no data for this application.

Possibly try a search on Google.

Kind Regards Andy:)

Here are some links found during a really quick Google search. I'm sure there has to be some research papers somewhere performed by a university professor.

Or, you might contact a government agriculture department. They should also have some information you can use.

Wheat Flour Probably Will Need A Dehumidifier Which Can Deliver Rh Around 5% To 10% And Storage Temp Of About 25 - 28 Deg C .
