Hi asif scroll compressors are,nt rebuildable , but if you cut them open and remove the scrolls ,you can take the windings out and get them rewound and then put it back together and weld it up

The most common reason for a UF error is mis wiring of F1F2 comms cables. Is the fault on a new system that has still to be put through it's test run?
