Shhhhh! This is a refrig trade secret. I remember during my summer jobs in A/C, the gals would switch the unit off and make a service call. When we arrived, she would answer the door in see-through and purr "it's so hot in here".

I've had that happen several times. I must say it makes it very difficult to concentrate on the reason why I was called in the first place. Or then again, was the AC really broken in the first place?

A good service tech would first check the switch, then the fuse, then get down to business ;) :D

Of course, but how do you write up the service ticket?

Checked wires...they were crossed up.

Switch was definately ON.

Checked air circulation. That certainly was not a problem.

Was temperature OK? The room was fine.:D

This never happens anymore.:(
