Can anyone tell me what 'Rep Power: 1http://www.refrigeration-engineer.com/forums/images/reputation/reputation_pos.gif' means?

and what the http://www.refrigeration-engineer.com/forums/images/buttons/reputation.gif icon is all about?

The Rep Power is a means of adding to someones reputation by a vote. If you believe someone is being helpful and their questions, or answers are good you can click on the scale.

The number shown is a simple total of votes people have added to that person.
