Daikin Model

:confused: Can anyone help me out. I have a Daikin multihead split with a faulty compressor.The problem is some of the model number is missing. The model is M????AV4N on the outdoor unit and FTY223AV4N on both of the heads. The compressor model number is also partly missing RC???W4NTN-R. I have tried Daikin spare parts and they can not help.

The model numbers used by Daikin are different from the ones in use in the UK and I don't have any reference details to help I'm afraid. :(

I'm surprised that Daikin won't help though
