Ceiling Cassettes

Hi everybody

Excuse my ignorance but can anyone tell me if there is a ceiling casette which doesn't need an outdoor unit or do they all need this.

Not to my knowledge Paul, aircon always requires two elements - 1 to blow cool air (cassette) 2 to blow hot air (External unit).

A through the wall unit will be in one piece if you need sort of layout.
