Hi Philly, welcome to the site.

I'm sorry to say that I can't find any information about AirCon units from Dunham Bush on any of their websites.

As to what you should expect, well it should blow cold shouldn't it !!

How recently was it installed and was it fitted by a private tech or supplied and fitted by a company?

thanks for the reply, supplied by company who installed conservatory, i suspect they just subcontracted the work to him, i have tried his mobile/home no but to no avail, looking at manual supplied recommends lowest setting at 17c and at the time im sure he said dont run below 19c. asked engineer at time if adequate to meet needs and was assured the unit would be more than expected, given delays with completion with conservatory, it was completed in october, hence never had oppertunity to test unit.

I would return to the supplier of the conservatory, they sold you the complete package I imagine - glass, walls, roof, aircon.

If they did then they carry the warranty etc for the package.
