What I'm questioning is why would someone be asking this question when the procedure should have been covered in class.

You have started several threads in different areas of the RE site, so this doesn't help you with the little bit of information spread all over the website.

The question that was presented in one of the other threads did not even specify the wall composition or R-value or product load, so any answer you could calculate would be wrong. The answer would be based on guesses, since no factual data is available or given.

It's pretty hard to help when the complete information is not available.

dont think the site exists that you require matey,its like asking KFC what they put in there chicken mix, each job is desiged on a one off basis,cheers.
