Does anyone know why the RFG23UERS does not make ice and give not enough pressure to give sufficient water, the waterpressure at the tap (behind the fridge) is ok?

You say that the water pressure is okay but what is the pressure with all taps closed and with a tap open?

It is a newly build house, so everything works like it should.
