Electrical/BMS books

Would anyone know of any good books or even maybe people on Youtube about electrics and BMS? I really struggle with BMS and controls esp the wiring (relays etc) and just looking to try and get a better grip and understanding of them.

Google (Ugly's electrical reference book) you can download the older versions for free which is fine as the basic principles don't change.
