Frost Project

Today while at a technical institute I saw a small Penguin made of frost. When i went over for a closer look it was a very small R12 system ran by a fractional horsepower semihermetic and a gravity coil. Ive been inspired to build my own now. Have any of you guys seen anything like this before?
