Display fridge not kicking back in

Hi guys
I’ve got a display fridge that’s cooling well. Getting down to 0.5C but not kicking back in until it’s 10C. Thoughts?

Could be several things a bit more info would be good.
Type of thermostat, has it got a HP/LP, does the compressor have an internal klixon the more info the better.

Yeah I know sorry. It’s a friend that lives 4 hours away that’s having the problem. I’m heading there next week so thought if I could have an idea before I go it might help. It’s a small 2 door under bar display fridge. That’s all I know.

Check the diferntial between start and stop

Is it an electronic controller or a mechanical type,it sounds like the differential to me or the off time is set incorrectly i would take a new controller if the job is that far away.
