I have no idea what make of controller it is....as far as i can see it doesn't say anything on it.

i,am not sure either but try with pressing the set button,see what it says,may say the set temerature then use the two other up and down buttons to ajust,

if you could provide a description of the controller buttons or remove it and check on the controller body as opposed to the face for any details we might be able to help you better
