problem in sabroe screw compressor 151

Gents .
before few days we faced problem in our screw sabroe compressor 151 that compressor run few seconds and stop with out alarm . after monitoring we found the capacity not increase that mean still zero also the oil pressure after stop still gives 1.2 bar . but if shutoff the suction valve . the oil pressure gives zero bar .
I suspect the suction check valve not working Correctly , Although I checked that valve physical and we don't found any thing trouble .
can you please help us to solve that issue .

There are not many options.
You have checked the suction valve, I assume the entire suction pipe line is OK.
Bad seting-bad transmitter or clogged suction filter, but the suction filter is a low probability.
You wrote that the compressor shutdown and no warning alert. Unisab will not leave the compressor without warning, only when setpoint.

Have you tried running in manual to eliminate control signals.
Check loose electrical connections l
check relays.
Interlocks like flow switches or high level protection, timers.
Starter run signal.

not sure, but all what you describe point to some external stop signal or missing start signal from your system ...

you should have alarm notice if you have an alarm situation ... otherwise is normal stop .. check your set points as suggested by Josef ...

Can be very simple problem and sometimes we .. can't see the wood for the trees ...

I checked all thing you told to me . but I don't found any thing trouble . the sitting don't changed , don't have electrical losses .
but after run the compressor in manual mode , the suction pressure decrease , knowing that capacity zero .also the current high gives 300 A at zero capacity .
Is the problem will be in the capacity slide ?

Does this machine have capacity indicator under a box on side of machine?
It has a pin that moves in & out pushing a potentiometer.
Check it against reading on screen.
Unloaded pin in unloaded, out loaded.
See where is, move it see if it changes reading or just see where it is first.

the problem solved . we found the screw on the slid piston as picture below damaged and free I don't know the reason why that happened . we replacement that screw and the compressor back run normally with good reading .
