Model number to tell the tonnage

Can somebody explain to me the number of tons using the below Model Number
38APD040-060.

@ 60 HZ 39.2 Tons
38APD 060 @ 50 HZ is 48 Tons
@ 60HZ 58.3 Tons.

This is a US made unit hence not in the ETO website which is mainly European made. The information was taken from the product data manual. Just Google Carrier 38APD 040 it will lead you to Carriers US website then go to documents for this unit.
