Hey guys,
Anyone familiar with the Thermocold chillers?
Was asked by a customer to change the PCO controller as the old keypad control had got wet from rain.
This is a 80 KW chiller with the 4 button digital carel display. Problem is, the 4 button display is no longer available, so Carel sent out a new PCB board and display.
Though it is no a straight swap out customer got back to Carel, who got back to Thermocold and got some wiring manuals.
Problem is not all wires seem to match up. For example, there is a wire 'F' which has several spade connectors that was connected to the old Micro 1 and Micro 2 boards in terminals all marked 'C'. These cables all have 220V. Not sure where to connect them into the new PCB board.
Just wondering if anyone would have done this or have any schematics for it, would greatly appreciate it.
